📜 Games Night – Fair Play Policy

Games Night is a free community event we run in our Facebook group and sometimes on our website. Prizes have real monetary value credited to an Everlasting Luck wallet and, when your balance is over £10, can be withdrawn subject to standard checks. No purchase is required to take part. By participating you agree to this policy, our Group rules, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Participation Policy. If anything conflicts, the stricter control applies.

1. Purpose and scope

These terms set the rules for entries, proof, cheating, prizes and sanctions so Games Night remains fair, fun and safe for everyone.

2. Where Games Night happens

We host Games Night in our official Facebook group. Some games use third party tools including PuzzleMe (wordsearch, puzzles, crosswords) and SurveyMars (quizzes). We are not affiliated with those providers. If a platform has an outage or error we may pause, cancel or re-run a game.

3. Eligibility

UK residents aged 18+ only.
You must be registered with Everlasting Luck and your account must be in good standing.
One account per person. Creating or using multiple accounts is not allowed.

4. Entry rules

One entry per comment unless the post says otherwise.
Multiple comments are allowed unless the post says otherwise.
Do not edit comments after posting. Edited comments are invalid.
First Number Out, Last Number Standing and similar rounds: one entry per person.
Scavenger Hunt: use a newly taken photo. Do not use your camera roll or old images.
Be kind and respectful to other players and staff.
Do not steal or reuse another person’s screenshot.
To claim a prize you must send your Everlasting Luck email address or username within 48 hours of being asked. If you do not, the prize may be forfeited or redrawn.

5. Proof and screenshots we accept

PuzzleMe entries must show the in-game completion panel that confirms completion without help and shows the time taken to complete any of the games. Cropping any images makes the entry invalid.
SurveyMars quizzes are confirmed by the host’s leaderboard or answer sheet. If requested you must provide a clear screenshot of your final result.
We may ask for additional proof where entries are unclear or disputed.

6. Cheating and prohibited conduct

The following are not allowed:

Using Solve, Hint or Help buttons on any third party game we link to.
Bots, scripts, automation or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.
Collusion, answer sharing groups or “DM me for tips” schemes.
Editing or deleting comments to change an entry after the fact.
Entering on behalf of others or using multiple accounts.
Stealing or reusing another player’s screenshot or photo.
Exploiting bugs, loopholes or platform errors.

Attempts to gain a monetary advantage by any prohibited means are a serious breach and may be treated as attempted fraud. We may suspend you from the group while we investigate and close your Everlasting Luck account for serious or repeated breaches.

7. Evidence and moderator decisions

We may use screenshots, timestamps, platform logs and comment records to verify entries. Moderator judgment is final on validity, ties and suspected cheating.

8. Sanctions

If we believe these terms have been breached, we may apply one or more of the following without notice:

Warning or removal of invalid entries.
Disqualification from the round or the game.
Forfeiture and reversal of prizes or wallet credits obtained through a breach.
Temporary or permanent removal from Games Night and our Facebook group.
Suspension or closure of your Everlasting Luck account.
Referral of suspected fraud to the relevant platform or authorities where appropriate.

9. Prizes and credits

Prizes are as stated in each post. No cash alternative unless we say otherwise. We may substitute a prize of equal or higher value if needed.
Wallet credits are applied to the email or username you provide. Standard verification checks apply.
Unclaimed prizes after 48 hours may be forfeited and redrawn at our discretion.

10. Ties, timing and errors

The host’s timer, leaderboard and timestamps are the official record. In the event of a tie, the earliest valid entry wins unless the post specifies a tie-break.
If we identify an error, outage, ambiguous instruction or widespread issue, we may cancel, amend or re-run a game to keep it fair.

11. Complaints and contact

If you have a concern about a specific game, contact us through the support inbox shown on our website within 7 days. We will review the evidence and respond as soon as we can.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect technical, legal or operational changes. If changes are material we will highlight them in the group or on the website.
