Terms and Conditions for the £750 Giveaway

Welcome to Everlasting Luck LTD! By participating in our £750 Giveaway, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from entering the giveaway.

1. Overview

Promoter: The giveaway is organised by Everlasting Luck LTD, registered under Company Number 16132653.
Prize: A guaranteed cash prize of £750 will be awarded to one winner.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18 or over.
Giveaway is open to UK residents only.
Employees of Everlasting Luck, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
Proof of identity and residency may be required before the prize is awarded.

3. How to Enter

Free Entry Route:
- Every participant automatically receives one free entry by registering on the Everlasting Luck platform via the ‘Join Now’ button.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to enter via this method.
Increase Your Chances:
- Wallet top-ups provide additional entries into the giveaway:
  - £5 top-up: 5 additional entries.
  - Each additional £1: 1 additional entry.
- Example: A £20 top-up equals 20 additional entries, plus the 1 free entry for registering.
- There is no cap on the number of additional entries.
Deadline:
- All registrations and wallet top-ups must be completed by 11 January 2025, 23:59 GMT.
- Entries after this time will not be counted.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen via a randomised draw, including all eligible entries.
The draw will take place during a live-streamed event on 31 January 2025.
The live stream will be hosted on Everlasting Luck’s official social media channels.
The winner will be announced live and notified via email immediately after the draw.

5. Prize Payment

The prize of £750 will be paid instantly to the winner via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Credit to their Everlasting Luck wallet.
The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize and provide any required payment details.
Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in the selection of an alternate winner.

6. Publicity

By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their first name, photo, and general location (e.g., “Thomas from Birmingham”) for promotional purposes.

7. General Terms

Everlasting Luck reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control arise.
Any entry found to violate the Terms and Conditions (e.g., fake accounts, duplicate free entries) will be disqualified.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

8. Liability

Everlasting Luck accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or any other reason beyond its control.
The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with Everlasting Luck’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
