1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our prize competitions, refunds are generally not available once an entry has been purchased. Please review your entries carefully before completing your transaction.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Competition Cancellation: If a competition is cancelled by us, all paid entries will be refunded in full.
  • Technical Errors: In the event of technical issues (e.g., duplicate payment), refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Incorrect Payment Processing: If an entry fee is deducted, but no entry is received due to a system malfunction.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.


3. No Refunds for the Following Cases

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of Mind: After purchasing an entry, refunds are not available if you change your mind.
  • Entry Errors: Mistakes such as selecting the wrong competition.
  • Disqualification: If you are disqualified for breaching our Terms and Conditions.
  • Unsuccessful Entries: Failing to win a competition does not entitle you to a refund.

In compliance with UK law, we offer a free entry route for all competitions. Free entries have an equal chance of winning.

  • Email Address and Contact Number
  • Answer to the Competition Question (if applicable)

Free Entry Rules:

  • Separate Entries: Each free entry must be submitted separately.
  • No Bulk Submissions: Bulk entries in a single envelope will be counted as one entry.
  • Proof of Postage: Proof of postage does not guarantee entry.
  • Deadline: Free entries must be received before the competition closing date.

5. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims ⚠️

  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without a valid reason will result in your account being suspended.
  • Fraudulent Behaviour: Actions such as multiple entries beyond the allowed limit or providing false information will lead to disqualification and potential legal action.
